Fitness Classes

Our Aim is to provide a safe, effective, motivating and enjoyable group exercise session making provision for all abilities, fitness levels, ages and experience.




Aquarobics -Take the stress and strain out of exercising and have fun in the water.

Express Circuits - Burn calories fast with high intensity fat burning workout, it will challenge you in every way.

Body Pump -  is a weights class for absolutely everyone. This form of weights training will make you toned, lean and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of Reps, BODYPUMP give you a total body workout that burns lots of calories.

Origin Circuit - A full body workout utilising our new Functional Rig based on our gym floor. A great way to tone and condition your body in different ways.

TBT - Tone and hone your body using a variety of exercises and equipment

Tread - Walk, jog or run your way to fitness. Based on a treadmill, this class is suitable for all users.

Womens Only Weights W.O.W - a little something just for the ladies.

Prime Mover classes -Proving that age really is just a number, these classes will improve your health and social life

Spin -A highly motivational and intense indoor cycling class, which improves cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Great for burning calories.

Zumba - The Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie burning, dance fitness-party. Feel the music and let loose

Stretch and Flex - Slow pace down and take things a little easier in this class that will reward the body and mind.

W.O.W  - Women's only weights. A little something just for the ladies, Shape and sculpt the body in this full weight training class.

HIIT - This High Intensity Interval Training class is guaranteed to HIIT you hard.

Primal Circuit - A twist on the traditional Circuit in which we'll use tyres, slam balls, kettle bells, bars and body-weight movement. Ideal for some mid week stress relief.

Functinal Core - A core workout using various different weighted, body weight and abdominal exercises.

Box-Fit - A full body workout using soe traditional Boxercise/Boxing drills, weighted exrecises, body weight exrecises and core work.
